You bought your products online or in the shop and you agreed with the shop or online shop to have your purchases delivered to your home. Dockx delivers your large packages straight to your door. This can be done via a basic delivery or delivery with extra services. A basic delivery is a delivery to the ground floor with no obstacles such as steps, staircases or lifts. Check your supplier’s delivery terms to see additional delivery options.

Collection of goods from a Dockx Collection Point for private individuals

You chose to collect your goods yourself from a Dockx Collection Point. This is what you agreed with your shop or online shop. This shop gave you the address of the Dockx Service Shop where you can collect your small or large package. Is the package too big for your car? Then you can rent the appropriate vehicle at the Dockx Service Shop. You can select day rental or our hourly rental formula.

Dockx Group and Rhenus Office Systems embark on joint venture

On 1 April 2017, Dockx Group and Rhenus Office Systems embarked on a joint venture to further commercialise archive storage on the Belgian market. A new company has been created for these activities: Dockx Rhenus Archisafe nv. Current physical archive storage services will be professionalised further under the Dockx Rhenus brand, and a user-friendly online platform will be developed in future.
